Refund Policy

At Sticky Prints Graphics, we take pride in creating high-quality custom products. Due to the nature of our business, we have specific policies regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.
1. Refunds & Returns
• Custom Orders: All custom orders, including apparel, stickers, and vinyl graphics, are made to your specifications and are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
• Non-Custom Items: If you ordered a non-customized product, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will either replace the item or issue a refund.
2. Cancellations
• Orders for custom-printed items cannot be canceled once production has started.
• Non-custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
3. Return Process
If you believe you are eligible for a return or refund, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at info@stickyprints.graphics with your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), and a brief description of the problem.
2. If approved, we will provide return instructions (if applicable). The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
3. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
4. Exceptions
• Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care are not eligible for a refund.
• Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
